NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite aluminum alloy involves mixing graphene with copper to prepare a graphene-copper intermediate alloy block having size of 0.5 cm or more, adding a graphene-copper intermediate alloy block into an aluminum-based molten liquid, heat-preserving to obtain graphene composite aluminum alloy molten liquid, cooling graphene composite aluminum alloy melt to obtain the ingot and heating. USE - Preparation of graphene composite aluminum alloy used for forming cylinder block and cylinder cover of engine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene composite aluminum alloy having excellent stability and uniform dispersion of aluminum alloy melt with suppressed agglomeration and floating.
