NOVELTY - Organic LED comprises a cathode, an anode and an organic thin film layer as a light-emitting layer. The organic thin film layer comprises graphene oxide and layers consisting of a hole injection layer, a hole-transport layer, an electron injection layer and an electron-transport layer. USE - The organic LED is useful in an LCD. ADVANTAGE - The organic LED has improved lifetime and stability, and can be economically manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing the organic LED, comprising coating the graphene oxide on the organic thin film layer, and laminating the thin film layer on the cathode and the anode.
