NOVELTY - Silicon-carbon composite material, comprises core-shell structure, where the core is composed of nano-silicon, carbon nanotubes, graphene and porous carbon, and the shell is a double-layer structure composed of porous amorphous carbon and amorphous carbon from the inside to the outside and the mass percentage of the shell is 1-12%. USE - Used as silicon-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good isotropy, low expansion, low preparation cost, and can improve the circulation performance and storage performance of the silicon-carbon composite material. The carbon nano tube graphene and the synergistic effect between the nano silicon, namely the network structure and high mechanical strength of the net-shaped carbon nano-tube lifting electronic conductivity and its bound expansion, and graphene sheet structure avoids the agglomeration of the nanosilicon, reduces the expansion of the whole material cathode.
