NOVELTY - Polyphenylene sulfide/polyetheretherketone (PPS/PEEK) conductive composite material comprises 80-90 wt.% PPS/PEEK mixture, and 10-20 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide/carbon material masterbatch, where the PPS/PEEK mixture comprises 20-80 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 20-80 wt.% polyether ether ketone, and the polyphenylene sulfide/carbon masterbatch material comprises 85-95 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 4-10 wt.% carbon nanotubes, and 1-10 wt.% graphene. USE - The PPS/PEEK conductive composite material is useful for manufacturing electrically conductive material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyphenylene sulfide/polyetheretherketone conductive composite, comprising (i) blending polyether ether ketone and polyphenylene sulfide melt to obtain polyphenylene sulfide/polyetheretherketone blend; (ii) blending polyphenylene sulfide, carbon nanotubes and graphene, drying, and melting to obtain polyphenylene sulfide/carbon material masterbatch; and (iii) mixing polyphenylene sulfide/polyetherether ketone blend and polyphenylene sulfide/carbon material masterbatch, and melt blending.
