DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrochemical biosensor preparation method involves synthesizing silicon dioxide-three-dimensional graphene composite material. The composite material is doped with nitrogen-carbon followed by pretreating glassy carbon electrode and preparing nitrogen-carbon-doped silicon dioxide-three dimensional graphene modified glassy carbon electrode composite material by drop coating process. The obtained product is processed in chloroauric acid solution followed by chronoamperometry, preparing nano gold-nitrogen-carbon-doped silicon dioxide-three dimensional graphene modified glassy carbon electrode, immersing in G DNA solution containing double thiol group, incubating for 2-4 hours and immersing the obtained product in high dose hemin solution for 10-16 hours. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an electrochemical biosensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide prepared by the method (2) a use of the electrochemical biosensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide and detecting content of hydrogen peroxide in biological sample and cosmetics.
