NOVELTY - Woven nanofiber yarn and hydrogel composite dressing, is claimed. A network-shaped nanofiber yarn 3D scaffold is loaded inside the hydrogel, the hydrogel includes quaternized carboxymethyl chitosan and dopamine-grafted oxidized dextran, the network-shaped nanofiber yarn 3D scaffold includes polyacrylonitrile and reduced graphene oxide. USE - The composite dressing is useful as wound pressure monitoring dressing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite dressing: has function of monitoring the pressure at the wound; and can actively prevents the occurrence of pressure ulcers, is of great significance to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in hospitalized bedridden patients, saves medical resources, improves the quality of life of bedridden patients, and improves the quality of nursing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the woven nanofiber yarn and hydrogel composite dressing comprising (1) blending polyacrylonitrile and reduced graphene oxide to prepare nanofiber yarns, and weaving them to obtain a 3D scaffold with network structure; and (2) dropping the mixed solution of quaternized carboxymethyl chitosan and dopamine-grafted oxidized dextran on the 3D scaffold with network structure obtained in step (1), and Schiff base crosslinking.
