▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible electromagnetic shielding film material with bionic multi-layer structure adjustable as isolation structure comprises 97-99 wt.% castor oil-based aqueous polyurethane, and 1-3 wt.% electromagnetic shielding filler. USE - The flexible electromagnetic shielding film material is useful in field of electromagnetic shielding and high frequency band (1-30 GHz). ADVANTAGE - The material: has good heat safety performance of low heat release, high electromagnetic shielding efficiency, adjustable structure, and bionic multi-layer structure adjustable as isolation structure. The method is simple and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible electromagnetic shielding film material with bionic multi-layer structure adjustable as isolation structure comprising (1) ultrasonically dispersing to prepare an aqueous dispersion of electromagnetic shielding filler, where the concentration of which is prepared to be 1 wt.% to obtain an electromagnetic shielding nano-filler dispersion, (2) diluting responsive castor oil-based aqueous polyurethane emulsion with deionized water to a concentration of 2 wt.% to obtain a polymer dispersion, and (3) adding two raw material components into vacuum filtration device alternately in turn, performing suction filtration under vacuum conditions for 6 hours to form an alternating multi-layer structure with a total number of five layers, including 2 layers of polymer matrix and 3 layers of electromagnetic shielding fillers, and drying in an oven to obtain a bionic flexible electromagnetic shielding film.
