NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene material based on 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazole is prepared by dispersing graphene in deionized water, adding 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazole aqueous solution according to mass ratio of 1:1-10, heating at 50-100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 0-4 degrees C, drying to obtain graphene-coated 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazole eutectic, grinding, and sintering at 500-800 degrees C for 3-5 hours.
