NOVELTY - The method comprises (1) preparing raw material, preparing the selected polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, polyphenylene sulfide fiber, ceramic fiber, graphene fiber, basalt yarn and polyphenylene sulfide yarn, (2) preparing the mixed yarn, preparing the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, ceramic fiber and graphene fiber by composite twisting machine to prepare mixed yarn, (3) preparing base cloth, (4) manufacturing fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene fiber and polyphenylene sulfide, (5) performing antistatic treatment, spraying antistatic agent, (6) primary pre-needling, paving polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base cloth, (7) spunlacing, paving polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net on the upper surface and lower surface of the semi-finished product filter cloth obtained by preliminary pre-needling, (8) drying process, pre-drying, drying and high temperature shaping. USE - Method for preparing of polytetrafluoroethylene and polyphenylene sulfide composite high temperature resistant filter material. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare PTFE and PPS composite high temperature resistant filter material, which has good acid and alkali resistance, high electron mobility, high heat conductivity coefficient, good elasticity and rigidity, light weight, high temperature resistance, good heat stability, low heat conductivity; has high filter material stretch breaking strength; and solves the existing membrane filter material.
