NOVELTY - Graphene stealth coating primer comprises component A and component B, where component A comprises 28-37 wt.% epoxy resin, 5-10 wt.% graphene modified dispersion liquid, 0.2-0.5 wt.% dispersing agent, 0.3-0.7 wt.% coupling agent, 0.3-1.2 wt.% rheological additive, 13-20 wt.% coloring pigment, 5-12 wt.% extender filler, 13-27 wt.% anticorrosive filler and 9-15 wt.% diluent. The graphene modified dispersion liquid include graphene powder, alkyl ammonium salts of high molecular weight copolymers and xylene and butyl esters. The component B is a curing agent. USE - Graphene stealth coating primer used for protection of outer surface of an aircraft (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene stealth coating primer provide excellent salt fog resistance and adhesive force for a coating. The graphene modified dispersion liquid greatly improves the hardness, impact resistance, flexibility and salt fog resistance of a paint film, and simultaneously provides good static conductivity of the paint film, and titanium dioxide with good weather resistance is used as a coloring pigment to provide good covering power of the paint film. The service life of the aircraft skin material is prolonged, electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the aircraft is endowed, and aircraft skin material is also suitable for other aircrafts and the like with shielding requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing graphene stealth coating primer, which involves: (1) stirring the epoxy resin, and then sequentially adding graphene dispersion liquid, dispersing agent, coupling agent, rheological additive, coloring pigment, extender filler, anticorrosive filler and diluent to obtain component A mixed slurry; and (2) grinding the component A mixed slurry, then stirring and adding the component B curing agent, and filtering to obtain graphene stealth coating primer.
