NOVELTY - An antibacterial reinforced low temperature resistant slow-resilience polyurethane sponge comprises 40-60 pts. wt. slow-resilience polyol, 40-60 pts. wt. base polyether polyol, 0-20 pts. wt. polymer polyol, 5-10 pts. wt. antibacterial enhancer, 5-10 pts. wt. low temperature resistant agent, 1.2-2.4 pts. wt. amine catalyst, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. tin catalyst, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. surfactant, 1.0-2.0 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 40-65 pts. wt. isocyanate. USE - Antibacterial reinforced low temperature resistant slow-resilience polyurethane sponge. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial reinforced low temperature resistant slow-resilience polyurethane sponge has enhanced strength, low temperature resistance and antibacterial properties. The preparation method is economical.
