▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible metal nanoparticle doped self-supporting graphene film comprises uniformly mixing aqueous graphene oxide solution and metal salt solution, adding dropwise to solid substrate, performing plasma surface treatment, reducing in ascorbate aqueous solution, drying and forming to obtain film with thickness of 50 nm-10 mu m, electrical conductivity of 1x 104-1x 105 Siemens/m and metal nanoparticle size of 1-200 nm. USE - Method for preparing flexible metal nanoparticle doped self-supporting graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation technique, lesser reaction steps, convenient operation and device, and low-cost raw materials.
