▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-surface sensor, comprises a graphene layer, a polyimide layer, a perovskite layer, a metal micro-resonator structure layer, a polyimide substrate layer, and red quartz glass layer arranged sequentially. The surface of the graphene layer is covered with a silkworm silk layer. The metal micro-resonator structure layer includes base metal units. USE - Ultra-surface sensor for use in biological medical treatment, communication and public safety applications. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-surface sensor has excellent ultra-sensitive sensing performance, and can be prepared by qualitative sensing detection to the silkworm glue silk, and effectively amplifies the change of the terahertz wave when the wave passes through the perovskite, thus realizing ultra-sensitivity qualitative detection by change of phase of the wave.
