NOVELTY - The battery has an anode sheet (1), a cathode sheet (2), a diaphragm and a lithium supplementing sheet (3). The diaphragm has a first diaphragm (4) and a second diaphragm (5). The anode sheet, the first diaphragm, the cathode sheet, the second diaphragm and the lithium supplementing sheet are laminated in sequence. The lithium supplementing sheet has a current collector and a lithium supplementing material on the current collector. The positive lithium replenishing agent has combination of at least two of Lithium Iron phosphate (Li5FeO4), Lithium nickel oxide (Li2NiO2) or Lithium oxide (Li2O). The agglomerant has styrene-butadiene rubber and/or polyacrylic acid. The dispersing agent has isopropanolamine and/or polyester dispersant. The conductive agent has combination of at least two of conductive carbon, carbon nanotube or graphene. The first and second diaphragms has any one of Polyethylene or polythene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), aramid or PP/PE/PP. USE - Lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The lithium material is singly coated on the current collector, as a lithium patch, avoiding the residue of the lithium supplement agent lithium the lithium material affecting the positive pole piece after the pre-lithiation is finished.
