▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Extracting purified phospholipid from clam comprises (i) collecting clam tissue, using high speed dispersion machine to homogenizing, then drying into clam powder under vacuum freezing, using chloroform methanol ultrasonic processing and extracting crude lipid from clam powder, (iii) cold acetone washing the crude lipid to obtain crude lipid extract, (iv) using the composite of silicon dioxide fiber nano-particle and graphene oxide nano-particle as adsorbent, using solid phase extraction method to absorbing and extracting the phospholipid in the crude lipid extract. USE - The method is useful for extracting purified phospholipid from clam. ADVANTAGE - The method: is suitable for perform lipid histological analysis and phenotype analysis.
