▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing fluoroether acid-iron(II,III) oxide-graphene oxide complex fluoroether oil based magnetorheological fluid comprises e.g. (i) preparing fluoroether acid-iron(II,III) oxide high saturation magnetization nanoparticle, (ii) adding ultrasonic dispersion graphene oxide aqueous solution to reaction solution, mechanically mixing nano-particle and the graphene sheets to obtain fluoroether acid-iron(II,III) oxide-graphene oxide composite particles, and (iii) mechanically dispersing composite particles into fluoroether oil to obtain final product. USE - The fluid is useful for shock absorption, damping, aerospace, lubrication and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The fluid: has high stability, low friction coefficient, high saturation magnetization, corrosion resistance, high temperature and other special characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing fluoroether acid-iron(II,III) oxide-graphene oxide complex fluoroether oil based magnetorheological fluid comprises (i) preparing iron(II,III) oxide magnetic particles with a particle size of 5-15 nm, then adjusting the pH value of the reaction solution and chemically coating particles with fluoroether acid to obtain fluoroether acid-iron(II,III) oxide high saturation magnetization nanoparticle, (ii) adding ultrasonic dispersion graphene oxide aqueous solution to reaction solution, mechanically mixing nano-particle and the graphene sheets to obtain fluoroether acid-iron(II,III) oxide-graphene oxide composite particles, and (iii) mechanically dispersing composite particles into fluoroether oil to obtain final product.
