NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing a graphene super-capacitor of two fluid substrates that are fixed on a print circuit board (S110). A drip-painting oxidation graphene solution is sprayed (S120) on the two fluid substrates. Patterned graphene electrodes are obtained (S130) after forming an oxidation graphene thin film on the two fluid substrates according to laser carving reduction process. The graphene electrodes are sealed (S140) for forming the graphene super-capacitor. USE - Graphene super-capacitor preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing graphene super-capacitor preparing process so as to optimize preparation of the graphene super-capacitor and improve integration degree of the print circuit board.
