NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene nano antibacterial water tank involves performing sand-blasting treatment of surface, and subjecting surface of main body of water tank to sand-blasting treatment with an automatic sand blasting machine. The surface of water tank body is derusted, dust-removed, passivated and cleaned, and surface of water tank body is thoroughly treated and its surface is dried at 130 degrees C. The graphene nano antibacterial coating is prepared by mixing graphene nano paint A component and hydrophilic graphene nano paint B component in a ratio of 3:7. The surface spraying treatment is performed by sending cleaned water tank body to dust-free working room, and using electrostatic spraying facilities to uniformly spray graphene nano antibacterial coating on surface of water tank body. USE - Method for preparing a graphene nano antibacterial water tank. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a graphene nano antibacterial water tank, which adopts small particles and large specific surface area of high active reaction characteristic of graphene which is modified to form a high hardness inorganic graphene nano antibacterial film layer, and ensures that surface of water tank has easy cleaning, no toxicity, no radiation, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, high hardness, scratch resistance, anti-freezing resistance at high temperature, impact resistance and antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene nano antibacterial water tank involves performing sand-blasting treatment of surface, and subjecting surface of main body of water tank to sand-blasting treatment with an automatic sand blasting machine. The surface of water tank body is derusted, dust-removed, passivated and cleaned, and surface of water tank body is thoroughly treated and its surface is dried at 130 degrees C. The graphene nano antibacterial coating is prepared by mixing graphene nano paint A component and hydrophilic graphene nano paint B component in a ratio of 3:7. The surface spraying treatment is performed by sending cleaned water tank body to dust-free working room, and using electrostatic spraying facilities to uniformly spray graphene nano antibacterial coating on surface of water tank body. The low-temperature curing treatment is performed by sending main body of water tank sprayed with graphene nano antibacterial coating to a curing furnace, allowed to pass in a low-temperature region of furnace temperature of 80-120 degrees C for 5-8 minutes, and then flown to high temperature curing zone. The high-temperature curing treatment is performed by sending water tank body sprayed with graphene nano antibacterial coating from low-temperature area to high-temperature curing area, and allowing it to incubate in high-temperature area of 180-220 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to obtain final product.
