NOVELTY - A graphene polyester sound absorption material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. trichloroisocyanuric acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. diphenyl imidazoline, 0.7-1 pt. wt. calcium acetylacetonate, 60-70 pts. wt. graphene, 16-20 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 40-50 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 0.4-1 pt. wt. sorbitan monooleate, 0.3-1 pt. wt. saturated octadecamide, 4-6 pts. wt. terpineol, 10-14 pts. wt. porous gel dispersion, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. nonylphenol and 0.6-1 pt. wt. catalyst. USE - Graphene polyester sound absorption material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene polyester sound absorption material has excellent dispersing compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene polyester sound absorption material, which involves: (1) adding trichloroisocyanuric acid to deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding graphene, increasing the temperature to 60-65 degrees C, carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 1-2 hours, adding sorbitan monooleate, and stirring to normal temperature to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (2) adding diphenyl imidazoline to absolute ethanol, uniformly stirring, adding calcium acetylacetone and ethylene glycol, and uniformly stirring to obtain alcohol dispersion liquid; (3) heating terpineol at 75-80 degrees C, adding nonylphenol, carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding saturated octadecamide, stirring to normal temperature, mixing with catalyst, adding the reaction mixture to deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 minutes to obtain catalytic amide solution; (4) mixing terephthalic acid and alcohol dispersion liquid, introducing the mixed mixture into reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of reaction kettle to 180-200 degrees C, adding catalytic amide solution, carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 2-3 hours, adding graphene dispersion liquid, increasing the temperature of reaction kettle to 230-250 degrees C, carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 1-2 hours, and discharging to obtain the graphene-doped polyester; and (5) mixing the graphene-doped polyester with porous gel dispersion liquid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-20 minutes, filtering, washing the precipitate, drying at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and cooling to obtain product.
