▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves establishing a graphene atomic model by utilizing square Brafi lattice as a repeating unit. An flexible substrate atomic model is established. Total potential energy of a graphene and an elastic substrate is calculated according to large deformation energy. Minimum potential energy is detected according to total potential energy calculation. A PDMS chain is established to form an entire PDMS body by translation and rotation. A PDMS substrate is divided into multiple plane unit bodies. Van der Waals energy of atom between the graphene and the substrate is determined by utilizing Lennard-Jones potential function. USE - Graphene-flexible substrate structure buckling deformation calculating method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing combination of genetic algorithm to optimize calculation, and improving numerical accuracy of result, and reducing calculation time, and realizing future sample simulation of larger type size calculation.
