NOVELTY - Industrial production of graphene involves pouring graphite flakes and stripping liquid into kettle according to 1:2-5 weight ratio, mixing to obtain evenly mixed material, heating and maintaining kettle at 50-80 degrees C, discharging upper suspension through discharge port to storage tank, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain initial product, passing graphene suspension from storage tank to centrifuge, taking supernatant from centrifuged mixture, filtering using vacuum filter, washing filter cake using distilled water and drying in freeze dryer for more than 3 hours. USE - Industrial production of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The industrial production of graphene prevents the corrosion of equipment and damage of graphene structure while stripping graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Industrial production of graphene involves (a) pouring not less than 98% purity and 30-500 mu m particle size graphite flakes and stripping liquid into kettle having a stirrer according to the weight ratio of 1:2-5, starting the motor of kettle for mixing to obtain evenly mixed material where the stripping liquid comprises 100 pts. wt. water, 30-100 pts. wt. alcoholic solvent and 50-80 pts. wt. polyacrylate or polyacrylate derivatives, (b) heating and maintaining the kettle at the temperature of 50-80 degrees C with the pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring using stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, (c) discharging the upper suspension through discharge port to the storage tank after stopping the reaction, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain initial product, (d) passing graphene suspension from storage tank to the centrifuge, centrifuging at 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking the supernatant and filtering in a vacuum filter and (e) washing filter cake with an appropriate amount of distilled water and drying using freeze-dryer for more than 3 hours.
