NOVELTY - The method placing carbon-based points in deionized water, stirring and dissolving, adding manganous chloride after heating to stabilize, stirring potassium permanganate, stopping reaction, centrifuging mixed solution at low speed to collect supernatant, centrifuging supernatant at high speed until supernatant was clear, collecting precipitate, redispersing precipitate in water to obtain nano-manganese dioxide/carbon-based dot composite material, mixing carbon base point solution, and chloroauric acid solution, adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH, heating to stabilize, adding sodium borohydride, stirring and reacting, centrifuging the solution to collect the supernatant, and centrifuging supernatant, collecting precipitate and redispersing the precipitate in water, mixing synthesized nano-manganese dioxide/carbon-based dot material and nano-gold/carbon-based dot material in water, stirring, centrifuging, and redispersing precipitate in distilled water. USE - The nano-manganese dioxide/carbon-based dot/nano-gold composite material is useful in the preparation of a surface-enhanced Raman substrate (claimed) and biological medicine. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient, without pollution, and the reaction is fast and has strong operability. The obtained nano manganese dioxide/carbon base point/nano-gold composite material has more excellent Raman signal, which can be used for trace detection of object to be detected. The method has simple operation, low cost, fast reaction, mild condition, and no complex synthesis step, less reagent, no pollution, good product stability, because the composite material surface carbon base point has a large amount of oxygen-containing functional group so that it has good dispersibility in water.
