▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene far-infrared additives, comprises crushing expanded graphite to obtain crushed expanded graphite, premixing carbon materials, resins and auxiliary agent to obtain a premix, where carbon materials comprises crushed expanded graphite and carbon black powder, adding a solvent to the premix, stirring to obtain a uniform and non-foaming ink precursor dispersion, and subjecting the ink precursor dispersion liquid to a stripping process. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene far-infrared additives. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene far infrared additive has a good dispersibility, can be directly added into a coating layer and a printing paste, and the far infrared performance is good. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) far-infrared slurry, comprising graphene far-infrared additive, and 0-30% far infrared ceramic powder; and (2) fabric, comprising fabric main body and far infrared slurry, where far infrared slurry is coated on the fabric main body by printing finishing process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron micrograph of the dark area of the far-infrared printed fabric with the graphene far-infrared additive.
