▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An iron-based carbide nanocrystals-graphene nanobelt composite material comprises bottom layer formed using silicon wafer, graphene nanobelt arrays vertically grown on the silicon wafer, and iron-based carbide nanocrystal on graphene. The iron-based carbide nanocrystal is formed using iron carbide, cobalt carbide and nickel carbide. USE - Iron-based carbide nanocrystals-graphene nanobelt composite material is used in hydrogen evolution catalysis and oxygen reduction catalysis (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of iron-based carbide nanocrystals-graphene nanobelt composite material; and (2) usage of iron-based carbide nanocrystals-graphene nanobelt composite material in hydrogen evolution catalysis and oxygen reduction catalysis, which involves removing bottom silicon wafer layer from iron-based carbide nanocrystals-graphene nanobelt composite material.
