▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The heating element (100) electrode i.e. electric resistance heater has a carbon fiber layer (110) made of a carbon fiber bundle and a carbon fiber cloth. A graphene (120) consists of carbon atoms and coated on the carbon fiber layer. A graphene, graphene oxide or graphene are provided in a reduced state of the graphene oxide. A graphene-coated carbon fiber is attached to one surface of the graphene-coated carbon fiber layer, and comprising a metal electrode (130) made of a metal including copper, aluminum, silver, nickel, and tin, or an alloy. The graphene-coated carbon fiber layer comprises an impregnated region (112) that is impregnated with a conductive adhesive that attaches the metal electrode to one surface of the graphene-coated carbon fiber layer. USE - Carbon fiber electric resistance heating element electrode coated with graphene. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber heating element coated with graphene manufactures a resistance contact carbon fiber heating element and improves the electrical conductivity of the carbon fiber as well as durability and heat generation by mixing liquid graphene as a filler in the carbon fiber as a heating source. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a carbon fiber heating element coated with graphene.
