NOVELTY - Silver nano particle and reduced glutathione complex for enhancing Tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium cation electrochemiluminescence signal, is claimed. USE - The silver nano particle and reduced glutathione complex is useful for enhancing Tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium(2+) ion electrochemiluminescence signal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing complex comprising mixing silver nano particles and glutathione in mass ratio of 1.07 :100-1.07:1800, preferably, 1.07:200 and fully reacting at 2-8 degrees C preferably at 4 degrees C; (2) electrochemiluminescence immunosensor comprises electrodes, graphene layer, single layer of silver, Tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium cation adsorbed on the upper surface of the single layer of silver, tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium(2+) ion further adsorbs the silver nano particle: glutathione complex , which binds to the bait protein through silver, the bait protein is an antigen or antibody and is used to immunologically bind the antibody or antigen; (3) preparation method of electrochemiluminescence immunosensor comprising evenly smear graphene on the electrode surface, drying, a graphene layer is formed, (ii) covering surface of graphene layer with silver element, (iii) adsorbing Tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium cation on the surface of the silver element in the tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium cationsolution, (iv) silver nanoparticles: glutathione complex is modified on the surface of tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium ion, and (v) modify the antigen or antibody on silver particles of the complex silver nanoparticles: glutathione; and (4) a method for detecting protein comprises (i) adding sample to the sensor and incubating, if the sample contains the target protein, where target protein is immune to the bait protein binding, (ii) washing the unimmunized protein, (iii) placing sensor in a buffer, and measuring luminescence signal with an electrochemiluminescence analyzer
