▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot/small-layer titanium carbide composite material, involves (1) weighing 0.2-0.3 g titanium carbide powder into a 5 mL crucible, (2) preparing a large 20 mL crucible with copper oxide powder evenly covered in it, placing the small crucible processed in step (1) in the large crucible and treating it in a microwave oven, (3) collecting the powder obtained in step (2), titanium carbide with few or single layers, (4) modifying graphene quantum dots to make them positively charged, and electrostatic self-assembling the stripped titanium carbide in a stirred environment at room temperature to form a composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot/small-layer titanium carbide composite material used in supercapacitor or lithium sodium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is controllable and the product structure is stable, which is conducive to industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an application of the graphene quantum dot/small-layer titanium carbide composite material in a supercapacitor or a lithium sodium ion battery.
