▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped molybdenum disulfide/carbon/ three-dimensional graphene complex material comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide and cysteine in formaldehyde aqueous solution to obtain dispersion A, (ii) mixing molybdenum salt and ammonia water, heating at 40-70 degrees C, adding ammonium sulfide, carrying out the reaction for 0.5-2 hours, orderly adding quaternary ammonium salt and melamine to the reaction solution, the reaction solution becoming cloudy to forming a melamine/thiomolybdate suspension as dispersion B, (iii) mixing dispersion A and dispersion B, raising the temperature at 50-80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, adjusting the pH of the reaction solution to 7-9, raising the temperature at 100-200 degrees C to carrying out hydrothermal reaction for 12-24 hours, drying the product to obtain a solid material, and (iv) placing the solid material obtained in the step (iii) in the microwave reaction chamber and heating with microwave power of 300-1200 W for 10-60 minutes. USE - The complex material is useful for lithium ion batteries as a cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex material: is easy to store; has excellent stability, not easily denatured in the air and large specific surface area; and provides an excellent channel for lithium ion transmission and shows a larger specific capacity and better cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a nitrogen-doped molybdenum disulfide/carbon/ three-dimensional graphene complex material is prepared by above mentioned method.
