▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene transparent conductive film involves immersing the film substrate (4) in graphene conductive ink, removing the film substrate, forming graphene spinning fibers on both sides of the film substrate, hanging the film substrate to dry, and distributing at least a portion of graphene spun fibers (5) laterally during hanging. USE - Preparation of graphene transparent conductive film used in liquid crystal display, and conductive glass. ADVANTAGE - The graphene transparent conductive film has uniform thickness, good application effect, and reduces the waste of the material. The film substrate used is very thin and has larger flexibility, which reduces the haze of the conductive film, and ensures the light transmittance and use adhesion of the film. If the film substrate is directly soaked in the conductive ink, the film substrate will be easily wrinkled, and even some portions will overlap and stick together, resulting in different degrees of contact between different portion of the film substrate and the conductive ink, and the soaking force is inconsistent, so the thickness of the conductive ink adsorbed on the film substrate will be uneven, and thus the graphene layer thickness caused by the downward flow of ink is not uniform. The coating of conductive ink in a heated state is beneficial for the conductive ink to penetrate the film substrate. The graphene conductive layer formed by soaking will have protective effect and reduce the probability of entire graphene conductive layer falling-off and ensure the stability of graphene transparent conductive film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural view of horizontal parallel distribution of graphene spun fibers. Film substrate (4) Graphene spun fibers (5)
