NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene oxide in de-ionized water or pure water for obtaining oxidized graphene dispersion liquid. A stirring process is performed in the oxidized graphene dispersion liquid. Ammonia water and hydrazine hydrate solution are added into the oxidized graphene dispersion liquid. The oxidized graphene dispersion liquid is applied on a substrate. A graphene layer is formed on the substrate during drying process. Soluble manganese salt is added into the deionized water for obtaining manganese salt solution. USE - Method for manufacturing a thin film composite material that is utilized in an electrochemical capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving high working efficiency of a capacitor and processing the dispersing graphene oxide in a simple manner and providing better combination property.
