NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength tungsten alloy, involves (a) taking 65-75 pts. wt. tungsten, 3-6 pts. wt. nickel, 1-4 pts. wt. cobalt, 1-3 pts. wt. manganese, 1-3 pts. wt. aluminum, 2-6 pts. wt. carbon nanotube-loaded graphene modified carbon fiber body, 1-5 pts. wt. synergistic agent; (b) sequentially adding raw materials into stirrer, mixing and stirring at a stirring speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minutes to obtain premixed material; (c) placing the premixed material into 3-6 times alloy processing liquid, stirring and reacting at 55-65℃ for treatment, and finishing the treatment to obtain improved treatment material; and (d) grinding improved material in grinder, passing through 50-100 mesh, hot isostatic pressing and sintering, and finishing treatment to obtain high-strength tungsten alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength tungsten alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method simultaneously improves and optimizes by the toughness graphene, carrying out dispersing by carbon nano-tube with high specific surface area, hydrochloric acid solution, chitosan liquid formed by lanthanum sulfate and ammonium dodecyl sulfate, and the modified raw material modified by the modified material, can enhance the strength of the product, toughness property, coordinating and improves the performance of the tungsten alloy.
