▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Concrete structure comprises a buried heater (10), and a concrete body in which the embedded heater is inserted parallel to one side. The concrete body includes a heater embedded groove in which an embedded heater with a predetermined embedded depth is seated. The embedded heater extends in a longitudinal direction, and a through-hole is formed in a cover portion. A heater unit passes through the cover portion, and has an in-port and an out-port protruding from one end of the cover unit. A heat conducting part is filled in an inner space of a cover part (110), where the heater unit is disposed. A concrete structure formed of a concrete composition containing silica sand, steelmaking slag and coarse aggregate. The concrete body contains water binder, fine aggregate, water, and general Portland cement. The binder does not contain aluminate and includes blast furnace slag fine powder or ferronickel slag, and the steelmaking slag is includes graphene or graphite. USE - The structure is useful in construction method of the road icing prevention system. ADVANTAGE - The structure: has excellent heat resistance; prevents train derailment damage due to freezing of the concrete surface during the existing winter season; and prevents cracks in the concrete caused by thermal decomposition of the concrete structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the concrete structure having heat resistance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of buried heater. 10Heater 110Cover part 120Heater part 130Heat conduction part
