USE - Preparation of environmentally-friendly flame retardant rubber composite product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of environmentally-friendly flame retardant rubber composite product with excellent surface transfer ability, compatibility and carbon bed stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of environmentally-friendly flame retardant rubber composite product involves mixing 100 parts mass rubber, 1.2-1.5 part mass curing agent, 0.8-1 part mass N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide accelerator, 0.2-0.4 part mass tetramethylthiuram disulfide accelerator, 3.5-4.5 parts weight stearic acid, 4.5-5 parts weight zinc oxide, 1-2 parts mass antioxidant 4010, 1-3 parts mass liquid paraffin, 30-40 parts weight carbon black and 2-8 parts mass tea saponin-based trine intumescent flame retardant-functionalized graphene. The tea saponin-based trine intumescent flame retardant-functionalized graphene is prepared by adding tea saponin and phosphoric acid to a reactor, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 hours to reflux, vacuum-filtering reaction mixture at 50-60 degrees C, removing water from the reactor, adding melamine and absolute ethanol to resultant product, stirring at room temperature for 3 hours, obtaining tea saponin-based trine intumescent flame retardant, ultrasonically dispersing graphene in 50-10 ml distilled water, adding 10 mmol/5 mmol 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide solution, stirring at room temperature for 0.5 hour, adding tea saponin-based trine intumescent flame retardant, and stirring at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
