▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An organic-inorganic composite ultrafiltration membrane comprises carboxy-containing polyaryletherketone as polymer matrix and graphene oxide as filler. The graphene oxide contains large number of functional groups, which are connected to main chain of the polymer matrix by hydrogen bonds. The ultrafiltration membrane is prepared by preparing casting solution by solution blending method and performing non-solvent phase inversion method. The amount of graphene oxide added is 0.06-0.1 %mass with respect to carboxy-containing polyaryletherketone. USE - Organic-inorganic composite ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The organic-inorganic composite ultrafiltration membrane has pure water flux of 495.3 L/m2 hour, bovine serum albumin interception rate of up to 94.4% and flux recovery rate of 69.9%, and excellent hydrophilicity, pollution resistance and washing resistance, and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the organic-inorganic composite ultrafiltration membrane, which involves using 4-carboxyphenylhydroquinone, bisphenol A, anhydrous potassium carbonate, water-entraining agent, organic solvent, graphene oxide powder, N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), polyvinylpyrrolidone and clean glass plate.
