NOVELTY - A carbon material dispersion comprises at least one carbon material chosen from carbon black, carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes, graphite, and graphene, an organic solvent, and a polymer dispersant, and has an amine value of 100 mg potassium hydroxide/g or less and a number average molecular weight of 5000-20000. The polymer dispersant contains a polymer comprises 3-55 %mass amine-containing structural unit (I), 45-90 %mass propanone-containing structural unit (II), and 0.5-20 %mass other structural units connected to these structural units. USE - Carbon material dispersion liquid used for manufacturing paints, inks, plastic products, battery materials, electronic component trays, integrated circuit chip covers, electromagnetic wave shields, automobile components, and robot components. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material dispersion liquid provides coating film having excellent conductivity.
