NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene modified cement-based composite heat insulating material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. cement, 10-30 pts. wt. fly ash, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon ash, 5-10 pts. wt. quicklime, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.2-0.7 pts. wt. zinc oxide crystal whisker, 1-5 pts. wt. physical foaming agent, 1-4 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.2-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 7-20 pts. wt. polystyrene granules and 1-6 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. USE - The material is useful for installing on building exterior wall or an inner wall. ADVANTAGE - The material has light weight, low coefficient of heat conductivity, high compressive strength and other functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing cement-base composite heat insulating material comprising (1) adding cement, fly ash, silica fume, lime, graphene oxide, zinc oxide whisker, physical foaming agent, water reducing agent, dispersant, polystyrene particles, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, (2) adding physical foaming agent and water in the foaming machine to obtain the prefabricated foam, (3) adding the weighed cement, fly ash, silica fume, calcined lime, zinc oxide crystal whisker, water reducing agent, dispersant fully premixed, adding proper water to water ash of ratio 0.4-0.5, and stirring continuously, adding the prefabricated foam and graphene oxide dispersion, fully mixing and stirring to obtain the modified foaming cement slurry, (4) adding polystyrene particle and the weighed hydroxypropyl methylcellulose in modified foaming cement slurry, fully mixing the polystyrene particle is completely covered by the cement slurry and uniformly dispersed in the slurry, (5) mixing the polyphenyl grain foaming cement slurry using mold, vibrating pressing, molding and maintaining for 28 days to obtain the final product.
