NOVELTY - Antique environment-friendly high viscosity weather resistant coating comprises 70-90 pts. wt. aqueous mixed emulsion, 8-10 pts. wt. dimethyl hydroxy silicone oil, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 6-10 pts. wt. modified filler, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 7-11 pts. wt. antique pigments, 3-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-additive and 5-9 pts. wt. extender. USE - Antique environment-friendly high viscosity weather resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has strong viscosity, excellent waterproof and weather resistance, good stability and easy to obtain raw materials, low cost, simple process, does not easily fade and is safe, reliable, non-toxic, harmless, easy to operate and industrially productive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the antique environment-friendly high viscosity weather resistant coating comprising weighing, mixing coupling agent, modified graphene and nano-additive at 70-80 degrees C at 200-300 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture A, adding aqueous mixed emulsion, dimethyl hydroxy silicone oil and polyacrylamide, mixing for 20-30 minutes at 500-600 rpm to obtain mixture B, adding stimulating additive, reacting at 55-65 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, adding mixture A, mixing at 6000-8000 rpm under 10-12 MPa at 50-60 degrees C for 7-9 minutes and cooling.
