▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Catalytically synthesizing three-dimensional graphene comprises mixing a solid carbon source, a metal salt catalyst and a solvent, coating on a surface of a substrate, heat-treating at 600-1000 degrees C for 0.1-1 hour in a protective atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature. The substrate is a silicon-silicon dioxide (Si-SiO2) sheet or a metal foil. USE - The method is useful for catalytically synthesizing three-dimensional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to commercialize.
