NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene catalyst involves forming graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, mixing graphene oxide with water to obtain dispersion of graphene oxide, mixing metal phthalocyanine with acid and pyridine in the material-liquid ratio of 1 g:4-10 mL:0.6-0.8 mol, reacting at 110-130 degrees C to obtain metal-free phthalocyanine, dispersing phthalocyanine in an organic solvent to obtain metal-free phthalocyanine solution, mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with metal-free phthalocyanine solution, drying to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene precursor, and pyrolyzing nitrogen-doped graphene precursor in an inert gas atmosphere. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and metal-free phthalocyanine is 1:0.5-4.5. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, mild conditions, economical, and the obtained nitrogen-doped graphene catalyst has high electrocatalytic activity.
