▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device (1) has an aperture for receiving a reaction vessel containing a sample of a nucleic acid to be amplified. An electronic circuit comprises a positive temperature coefficient thermistor for heating the content of the reaction vessel, a power input port and a resistor. The power input port is selected from power socket, power plug, power receptacle, molex port, international electrotechnical commission (IEC) connector, Japan solderless terminal (JST) connector, coaxial port, Deutsches institut fur Normung (DIN) connector, universal serial bus (USB) port, barrel connector, Anderson Power pole, society of automotive engineers (SAE) connector, external line return connector, EmPower connector, Tamiya connector, or IP44. The isothermal nucleic acid amplification is selected from loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), isothermal-identical multi-repeat sequences (Iso-IMRS) amplification, recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) or rolling circle amplification (RCA). USE - Pocket-size device for isothermal amplification of nucleic acid such as DNA from blood samples and DNA from saliva for detecting Plasmodium falciparum. ADVANTAGE - The pocket-size device combines the construction simplicity and cost effectiveness of paper-based antigen test or rapid test with the accuracy of molecular test. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of pocket-size device. 1Pocket-size device 2Upper portion 3Lower portion
