▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/titanium dioxide complex coating comprises (i) dispersing graphene-based substance in water, ultrasonicizing to obtain graphene-based substance dispersion, where graphene-based substance is graphene oxide or biomass grapheme, (ii) adding titanium dioxide in graphene-based material dispersion, stirring, ultrasonicating, centrifuging, and drying to obtain graphene-based solid powder of titanium dioxide powder, (iii) adding graphene-based solid powder of titanium dioxide powder in water, adding reducing agent, washing by water, centrifuging, and drying to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide complex material, (iv) adding water in graphene/titanium dioxide complex material, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide complex material dispersion, and (v) adding graphene/titanium dioxide complex material dispersion and aqueous polyurethane in water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide complex coating with 20-60% solid content. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/titanium dioxide complex coating. ADVANTAGE - The complex coating has high stability, good dispersibility, formaldehyde adsorption capacity, photocatalytic self-cleaning property, good antibacterial and anti-aging effect and good adhesive property.
