NOVELTY - Preparing anti-fatigue amphiphilic organic hydrogel comprises (i) adding dimercaptopolyethylene glycol into polyol fatty acid ester solution with double bond functionalization, dissolving and adding polyethylene glycol diacrylate to obtain a polymer solution after dissolution; (ii) adding graphene to the polymer solution and adding aqueous dispersant to disperse to obtain a dispersion; and (iii) adding 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and a photoinitiator to the dispersion and curing by ultraviolet. USE - The hydrogel is useful for tissue engineering support (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves water absorption and swelling and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) anti-fatigue amphiphilic organic hydrogel prepared as mentioned above; and (2) tissue engineering support comprising the anti-fatigue amphiphilic organic hydrogel.
