NOVELTY - A carbon material manufacturing method involves placing carbon atom in a graphene layer in a ring structure. A polymer layer is formed. The carbon atom is stabilized, so that the carbon atom has a ring array. The polymer layer is carbonized in the graphene layer. Macromolecular solution is coated on the polymer layer, provided with (in wt.%) polymer (0.01-20.0) and formed on a substrate with a solvent. USE - Method for manufacturing a carbon material of a laminated product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a carbon material in a simple and easy way, and controlling thickness and electrical characteristic of the carbon material in an efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a carbon material comprising a floor layer (2) a laminated product comprising a carbon material.
