▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A solar water-absorbing inorganic ceramic coating composition comprises 25-27% silica sol, 30-33% silane, 13-15% inorganic black pigment, 13-15% filler, 1-2% foamed graphene, 1-2% dispersant, 0.7-0.8% 25% formic acid and remaining ethanol. USE - Solar water-absorbing inorganic ceramic coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The solar heat absorbing aqueous inorganic ceramic coating composition has high weather resistance and high heat absorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the solar energy water-absorbing inorganic ceramic coating composition, which involves mixing foamed graphene and ethanol, grinding to a fineness of 20±2 µm, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain foamed graphene dispersion, uniformly mixing silica sol, inorganic black pigment, filler, dispersant and ethanol, grinding to a fineness of 20±2 µm, adding the foamed graphene dispersion, stirring to obtain color paste, adding 25% formic acid to silane, uniformly mixing, adding the color paste, and reacting; and construction method of the solar water-absorbing inorganic ceramic coating composition, which involves sandblasting 304 nickel-based steel as a substrate with emery to form a surface with roughness of 2.5-4 µm, preheating the base material, coating, and curing.
