NOVELTY - Cathode pole piece comprises a current collector and a cathode active material layer. The cathode active material layer comprises a cathode active material and a binder. The active material layer is coated on the current collector. The cathode pole piece is at least divided into a first area and a second area. The temperature corresponding to the peak height of the first peak of the differential curve of the thermogravimetric curve of the first area is greater than 350degrees Celsius. The temperature corresponding to the peak height of the first peak of the differential curve of the thermogravimetric curve of the second area is less than 350degrees Celsius. The cathode active material comprises graphite, hard carbon and/or silicon material. The cathode active material layer comprises a conductive agent. USE - The cathode pole piece useful in electrochemical device of electronic device (all claimed), and in telephone, notebook computer, digital camera and an intelligent mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The cathode pole piece: has improved dynamic non-uniformity after modifying; improves whole dynamic kinetic window of electrochemical device; and has improved electrochemical performance.
