▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves placing the lower plate (1) on the tooling table of the friction stir welding machine, and the glue layer (2) is applied on overlap area on an upper surface of the lower plate, and the upper plate is placed on the lower plate. A stirring head is installed on the main shaft of friction stir welding machine, and the friction stir welding machine is started. A spindle pierce is made at a specific speed until the stirring needle pierces specified depth in an overlap area. A tip of the stirring needle is provided with a left-hand thread, and the root of the stirring needle is provided with a right-hand thread. An axial height of right-hand thread at root of the stirring needle is 0-5mm smaller than thickness of the upper plate. The stirring needle is continued to stay for 0-50s, and moved at a specific speed until the welding is completed after the stirring needle is inserted into specified depth. A graphene is replaced by carbon nanotube or silica nanoparticle. USE - Method for welding friction stir glue based on graphene enhancement. ADVANTAGE - The material concentration squeezes the materials horizontally on both sides of the nugget area at the lap interface, and thus reducing the liquid glue layer from entering the nugget area, and thus promoting the width of the nugget at the lap interface to increase significantly. The positive and negative threaded structure of the mixing needle reduces the hook-shaped defects and cold lap joints in the lap joint, and thus greatly improves the mechanical properties of the welded joint.
