▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced titanium-based composite material comprises (i) mixing and pre-dispersing graphene nano-platelets (GNPs) slurry, TA15 spherical powder and B powder to obtain a pre-dispersed mixed powder in which B powder is distributed between GNPs and TA15 spherical powder; (ii) placing the pre-dispersed mixed powder in a graphite mold, sintering at 800-1100℃, and allowing A part of B atoms to diffuse directionally to the high temperature titanium matrix to obtain the sintered composite material; and (iii) wrapping hot extrusion, heating the sintered composite material at 850-1050℃, extruding, allowing some B atoms to diffuse preferentially to GNPs, performing directional diffusion and preferential diffusion of B atoms hinder the diffusion of C atoms towards the titanium matrix, suppressing the severe interfacial reaction between GNPs and titanium matrix to preserve the GNPs sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively controls the interface reaction between the GNPs and the titanium matrix, and improves the tensile strength of the graphene-reinforced titanium matrix composite material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the method for preparing graphene-reinforced titanium-based composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
