NOVELTY - Biomass bionic microstructure flexible pressure sensor based on surface instability comprises e.g. pressure sensing layer with two layers comprising hydrogel matrix layer and conductive material i.e. set on one surface of hydrogel matrix layer, which is provided by surface of conductive material. USE - Used as biomass bionic micro-structure flexible pressure sensor based on surface instability. ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor: reduces the contact resistance when pressing, improves the resistance change rate, deposits the conductive material on the surface to the conductivity of the device, improves the sensing performance of the device for micro-pressure; is not only has high sensitivity, but also can be constructed by the biomass material, green and environmentally-friendly, economical, simple device, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the biomass bionic micro-structure flexible pressure sensor based on surface instability, comprising adding the pre-set amount of konjac glucomannan fine powder, K type carrageenan powder dissolved in water, then adding potassium chloride to prepare sol, then pouring sol into the model for cooling and molding to obtain hydrogel, then immersing hydrogel in pre-set concentration of ethanol curvature to soak for preset time, after finishing soaking, taking out loose placing, making one surface of hydrogel forming biomass bionic micro-structure with concave-convex undulation, then applying conductive material on surface of hydrogel with biomass bionic micro-structure to obtain the pressure sensing layer, then taking two layers of pressure sensing layer to correspondingly set, making it have biomass bionic micro-structure surface opposite joint to obtain flexible pressure sensor.
