NOVELTY - Preparing graphene transparent conductive film by pulling comprises e.g. under room temperature condition, cleaning the quartz sheet, drying, carrying out surface oxidation treatment, under condition of room temperature, dispersing graphene oxide and the hydrogen iodide solution in water, under condition of room temperature, dispersing graphene oxide and the hydrogen iodide solution in 30 ml water, reacting graphene oxide and hydrogen iodide dispersion, adding quartz sheet into the dispersion, subjecting to drawing processing, the quartz surface to obtain the graphene oxide film and heating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene transparent conductive film by pulling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has high yield. The thin film has high transmittance, controllable size, uniform distribution, good stability and good electric conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene transparent conductive film by pulling comprises (i) under room temperature (25 degrees C) condition, cleaning the quartz sheet, drying, carrying out surface oxidation treatment, (ii) under condition of room temperature, dispersing graphene oxide and the hydrogen iodide solution in 30 ml water, where the concentration of graphene oxide is 1-2 mg/ml, the mass volume concentration of hydrogen iodide is 0.1-0.2 oxidized graphite alkene, i.e. 0.1-0.4 mg/ml, (iii) reacting the step (ii) graphene oxide and hydrogen iodide dispersion at 60-80 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, adding the step (i) quartz sheet into the dispersion, subjecting to drawing processing, the quartz surface to obtain the graphene oxide film, (iv) adding step (iii) processed quartz sheet into sealed container, under the condition of 85 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 12-24 hours for quartz surface to obtain graphene transparent conductive film.
