NOVELTY - Coating high saturation graphene ink on whiteboard comprises (i) preparing pre-coating graphene ink and surface graphene ink, (ii) preparing a whiteboard paper base, and completing the coating, where the thickness of the coating layer is 0.01-0.03 mm, (iii) detecting the surface properties of the whiteboard paper base obtained in the step (ii), judging the flatness of the paper base surface, and adjusting the parameters in the previous process, if it is not flat, (iv) uniformly coating the graphene ink on the coating layer of the whiteboard paper base through a coating machine to form a graphene pre-coating layer, and drying, (v) preparing porous structure on pre-coating layer, and drying, and (vi) continuously coating a layer of graphene ink on the graphene pre-coating layer in step (v), and drying. USE - The method is useful for coating high saturation graphene ink on whiteboard. ADVANTAGE - The method: carries out real-time detection of the surface shape of the paper base during the printing to ensure that the ink has a good adhesion base; forms a porous structure between the layers of coatings by means of multiple coatings; significantly reduces the thickness of the interlayer due to the multi-layer coating; enhances the adhesion; makes the bonding between the layers more firmly by combination of the porous structure; and prepares high-quality graphene special paper.
